Paradise Bay Restaurant 

At Paradise Bay, we believe in offering our guests a unique and unforgettable dining experience. That's why we don't have a menu - instead, our talented chef creates a new and delicious meal every night based on the freshest, local ingredients available. From fresh-caught fish from Lake Iskar to locally sourced produce, every dish is expertly crafted to delight your taste buds and leave you wanting more. So come and join us for an unforgettable dining experience at Paradise Bay.​

Rules and pricing

  • Breakfast is included every morning                                         8:30  - 10:00 

  • Lunch has to be ordered in advance - speak with the chef   12:00 - 16:00

  • Dinner will be calculated as 50 bgn per person every night. Drinks are excluded in the price.                                                                                                19:30 - 22:00

  • Drinks - During the day each customer consumes beverages from our 'Trust Bar'. Each room will have a separate note where visitors have to mark down what and how many drinks they have had. During the night our chef will make sure to comfort you with great service.
